Maybe i'm being a little paranoid and couldn't find the answer on previous posts, when it mentions itchy bump nipples or around nipples...does that mean itchy bumps like on the pec about 1 - 1 1/2 in. above from the nipple and inclusive area? Have a med bump, looks like a misquito bite. ( probably is a bug bite but wanted to double check.    | ||

I wouldn't worry about that at all. A "bump" to worry about would be painful, and lie underneath the nipple. Not an inch above it, on the surface of the skin. That could be a bug bite, ingrown hair, pimple, etc.  | ||

Not true!! A bump an inch away from your nipple can most definitely be gyno forming. Take it from me, I have it. Mine is a small case, but it is mostly an inch up and a little towards the middle of my chest so it's hard to notice but I sure as hell feel it all the time. Mine also started off as a little bump which I thought was nothing and I did not have any itchiness. So be careful man! | ||

PS - I do have a small part behind my nipple pushing it out a little bit, buy everytime I take more shit, I pay close attention to it because when it does start to get worse, it gets bigger away from the nippe, not more underneath it. Does it hurt to lay on it? Mine didn't hurt at first so I thought it was nothing and then after awhile it hurt like I was laying on a marble. | ||

That's the first I heard of it then, KJBalto.... not saying it's not true... just not the "regular" symptoms or signs of gyno. Very strange. Puffyness around the nipple fine...
