I don't know if this is the right advice and you better get some more opinions on this but a few guys at my gym take Midol, I think its used for bloating in women when they have theire period or something. | ||

geeze my man - well if your bloated now use it now - it wont help to use it after the bloat goes away (post cycle) uh you do know the bloat (which is water weight) will leave you as soon as the cycles done right?
