How do you like it? I was reading the archives and saw some good posts but never a post on who follows the routine, what is the best HIT routine or if results are bette compared to a non-HIT routine. Any comments or opinions are appreciated. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

I am a huge advocate of HIT. Especially if your all natural like myself, your body can only take so much of a beating. Your strength will increase each week, if you move up in tiny increments. Check out www.cyberpump.com a complete HIT website. I also highly advise reading works by Dr. Ken Leistner I would steer clear of Mike Mentzer he has excellent concepts but its a little far fetched. Thanks Mike. How about size, muscle definition, etc? Does HIT offer good results in those areas too or is it mostly for strength? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

I tried it, but eventually got tired of gaining BF and losing strength, so I switched to Max-OT and have been on it ever since. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
