I'm recovering from a complete tear off the bone of my pectoral tendon. I had surgery about 3 months ago and I will be easing back into lifting in 1 month. The doctor said I could start juicing within 2 months after I get back to lifting. I was wondering which juice I can use right now to help strengthen my tendon. I've heard deca is good but also Laurabolin, which is supposedly really good for strengthen tendons. Which should I use and how much a week, I just want to help the tendon, I won't be concentrating on getting big. So maybe like 100mgs a week of deca or laurabolin? Help me out bros.. try this bro have to go to sleep but i well make you a cycle..only cuz you need it.... this is the "ultrastyle" for the winny.. wks----deca----------winny *****dont have to take the deca on week 11 if you dont want to and you can end the winny on week 7 if you like..so no need for winny on week 9-11 if you dont want to take it on those weeks*****..and if you like i guess oyu can take more deca maybe at 300mgs but i would check on that one first..... ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I would avoid the WV , it tends to dry me out so to speak . As far as a AS that would help your tendon , I dont think there is one . Your tendon isn't muscle tissue and they are slow to heal ( the only thing slower would be a ligament). If you talking about a rehab plan go easy on the sauce for awhile , watch your weights ( increase reps and intensity, slowly move back up to heavy weights ). I would use 300mg D a week along with some( a minimal amount, 200-400mg)TE to keep your libido up for 6-8 weeks and see where you are (performance wise). ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
