Alright, I admit, my very first cycle is coming up and I am by no means a expert. I have done a lot of reading and have come to realize there will never be a "correct without a doubt" answer to whether drinking win. depot is as acceptable as injecting.

Now, I PERSONALLY (do not flame) believe that although drinking depot may be somewhat effective, injections would be more effective; on the other hand, injections everyday could become tiresome and detrimental to training as you may always have sore spots and scar tissue...

My proposed idea is as follows...

Why not take your winny depot:

2 days oral
1 day injection
2 days oral
1 day injection
etc...

That way, you won't be injecting yourself every day, yet you won't have to worry about the "possibility" of wasting your entire supply of winny due to the fact that no one is 100% sure if gastro absorbtion is as effective as intramuscular.

This is just a little opinion I had and would like to hear some criticism either positive or negative, I don't care!

You don't think oral admin. of winny depot is as effective as intramuscular injection

Why not cut your losses and:

2 days oral
1 day inject
2 days oral
1 day inject

If you dont think drinking is going to be effective then why drink it full stop?

If you think injecting it is painful and sore then why not drink it or buy tablets?

Lets just say on the first pass of the liver between 3-7% is broken down. (Personally I would always use tabs over drinking anyway as its much cheaper) then say you are drinking 50mgs every day even at the high end of the spectrum you are only using 3.5mgs.

What you must decide: Is the injecting really worth 3.5mgs extra?

There is another thread on this board by the GoodandBad the reason why you shoot it is because of possible site enhancement.

There is little evidence to suggest that it would be any higher than the amount I mentioned and the 7% is on the high side. Look at ref b have you ever heard of people shooting that? Do they get good results drinking it? Yes. People often compare this to anabol.
