Hey Bros
I finally found a local source but he would only sell pre-made 8 week cycles "stacks". So this is what i have to work with.
32 amps Decanofort 25mg/1ml amps
16 amps Testolent 100mg/1ml amps
He said for my first cycle take 50mg Deca and 100 Test twice a week (Mon. and Thurs.) for 8 weeks. Train each body part 2x a week. One heavy day (low reps) and one light day(20 - 25) reps. He also said Clomid was for women "garbage", dont need it. The only thing to do is follow up with 3 weeks off and then do another 8 week cycle with some Clen.
This all seems to go against everything you guys talk about on here and im not sure what to do.

what the hell 50mgs of deca.......hell no take at least 300mgs if not that no lower then 200mgs...and test should be 200-400mgs if not higher....damn bro and his workout sucks....who is he?tell him to e-mail me and i well talk to him....50mgs of deca?dose he think you are a girl?bro do a 8 week cycle if you like and 200-300mg sof deca and 300-400mgs of test no lower then 200mgs but try no lower then 300mgs of test......and workout like this 1 body part a week like this......
***keep reps at 6-10 reps
mon---chest---3-5 workouts at 10-13 sets

tue---back----12-14 sets...3-5 workouts

wed---rest

thur---shoulder--8-12 set(counting traps)---legs at 8-12 sets

fir---bis and tris..3-4 workouts each at 8-10 sets no more then 12 sets

sat--rest

sun--rest
after the cycle take a rest for 1 weeks or workout very light and do low sets and and pick only 2-3 wrokouts per bodypart....

---and after the week off rest or low training do this.....-----

***keep reps at 8-12-----for a cpoouple of weeks****then change every know and then and sets too***
mon----chest tris

tue---rest

wed----back and bis

thut---rest

fri----shoulder and legs

sat--rest

sun--rest

hey ultra
thanks for responding..... can i double up on the deca that i already have and only take it the first 4 weeks? i only have 32 amps to work with.
this guy is a friend and of a friend. hes an oldtimer, 51, but a big mother fucker. 22 inch arms and he says he hasnt done a cycle in 11 years. but who knows???
can anything good be done with the gear that i have????
and no im not sending it to anyone!!!

hmmmmm 4 weeks of deca is not enough but still take it if you cant get more....eat train and rest good....
