How important in the recipe is the corn starch? Is it just filler or does it do something? Is it safe to just fill the caps with the right amount of DNP and forget the corn starch? Thanks     | ||

I was about to post the EXACT same question. Here's another one: is it okay to cap this stuff without drying it, if the capsules will be used up in 1-2 weeks? I can adjust for the % of water in the DNP powder when dosing. Seems like the only other concern would be the moisture dissolving the gel capsules, but will this be a problem if the caps are used up 1-2 weeks after being made? H | ||

you can just use straight dnp to fill the capsules, but don't use size 0 cuz it's way too big and you'll load about 1000mg into one capsule. get the smallest size you can find. drying is not absolutely necessary, but you won't know how much you're really putting in. when i hear of people taking 1000mg/day of dnp it's usually because their caps are severely underdosed due to the heavy moisture content in the dnp. if you get more familiar with the dosing you won't really need to know exactly how much is in a cap as long as they're all about the same. ------------------ | ||

i used gelatin caps and the shit wasn't fully dry so it was a bitch to put in the capsules, actualy started to actualy disolve the gelatin. |
