Alot of times its shoulders. I hear this often and its my personal experience as well. For most guys however it is whatever muscle gets the most training. That is because weightlifting induces increased amounts of androgen rreceptors in the muscle tissues trained. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
