I am going to try this out, anyone ever try this? Day 1: Chest, Tri, Shoulder Day 2: Legs, Abs Day3: Back, Bi Day 4: Rest Repeat I am looking to hit muscle groups twice weekly, but with different lifts. For example, doing back I will do deadlifts on the third day and bent over rows on 7th day. Or back Squats on second day, and front squats on 6th day. What do you think? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

THATS FUNNY THAT YOU ASK THAT BRO, I JUST ASKED THAT A COUPLE OF DAYS BACK AND DIDNT GET TO MANY RESPONSES. I HAVE DECIDED ON DOING SOMETHING SIMILIAR TO THAT. YOU SHOULD TRY A 4 DAY ON 1 DAY OFF SPLIT. THIS WAY YOU GIVE YOUR BODY PARTS MORE REST IN BETWEEN WORKOUTS WHILE STILL ONLY TAKING ONE FULL DAY OF REST. YOU COULD DO SOMETHING LIKE THIS,, DAY 1 CHEST DAY 2 SHOULDERS DAY 3 LEGS ABS DAY 4 BACK BI'S DAY 5 REST AND DO JACK SHIT REPEAT I THINK YOU WILL LIKE THIS BETTER THAN THE 3 DAY ON 1 DAY OFF WORKOUT SPLIT, IF YOU DECIDE TO USE IT. LET US KNOW WHAT YOU DECIDE! LATER BRO! ![]() ![]() ![]()

I don't know about doing chest, shoulders and tris on the same day. They're all involved in the chest training and whenever I've tried to do chest/tris I can't do shit for tris. Seems like you loose size, or atleast don't gain any, because you can't handle the poundages. I've also tried chest/shoulders and I think that's just asking for injury. Shoulders get way too taxed during heavy bench to continue to train them. That's what I think, anyway. ![]() ![]() ![]() |
