I'm using fina currently and my appetite is through the fukn roof! I practically can't stop eating, you name it, I'm prolly hungry for it. Problem is, I'm a powerlifter and have already gained 5 lbs (muscle I believe) on fina and I need to loose that much fat weight now to get back to my weight class. I think this can only be done by some appetite restriction, and in the past, the only way I've found to stick on low-carb diets is through canker sores if I happen to get them. So now the question is, how do I get canker sores easily so as to reduce my appetite or is there anything else I could take to kill carb appetite? I do EC pretty regularly but it doesn't get rid of my appetite that much...neither does HCA...or ritalin...or T3. Haven't tried anything else, is there? If not, I'd much prefer the canker sores anyway, easy enough to get rid of, no side effects/tolerance, yet kills my taste for carbs. So any canker sore inducing chemicals/concoctions or diet?     | ||

Unusual question. Well, as I understand it, canker sores are basically herpes. So, you need to go down on a bunch of prostitutes, the skankier the better. Run the cunnlingus on 4 hos e/o/d until you develop open sores in your mouth. I hope this helps. | ||

WTF?!?Canker sores?Just bite the flesh on the sides of your mouth till it bleeds,those bad boys will canker up,lol...I can't believe I read this,much less answered it...Wow. | ||
