actually not really... but i did just start my first cycle... its winny only at 50mgs ED for 8 weeks... i am pretty lean already, i just want to get stronger and put on about 10-15 pounds of quality muscle... does 10-15 pounds sound reasonable???... i eat right and train right and i only weigh about 170 right now... dont know the bodyfat, but the abs are there without flexing my stomache... thanks

10-15 pound not likely but it is not a bad starter cycle you will get a little lean and maybe put on 5 pounds if you eat right.

Bro... Too much stress on your liver going on winstrol for 8 weeks. I'd go with EQ if your looking for that gain... It will be easier on your kidneys, primo will solidify gains. Winny for 8 weeks just seems like too much trouble for me heres why:

like I said 17aa bad for liver
also expensive (relatively) compared to EQ (ttokkyo)
Too many injections (water based so it leaves quickly)

Very possible just make sure diet, training, and rest are all stuck to like a religion. It is a good first cycle, it could have been better but you have your whole life ahead of you. Dont look back in anger.

PS 5lbs only? Get real, if you gain this much on your cycles then you are doing something very wrong.
