Hey Bros,
I am about to go on sus and Premabolin. I was reading the post about the guy trying to gain weight and I was hoping you guys could help me with a diet plan (protein, carbs) and a lifting routine. I have huge problems gaining in my chest. I am 32years, 165lbs, 5ft 8".

I'm pretty sure there's more than one guy trying to gain. Not sure which post you're refering to since 90% of us are trying to gain. Diet is the most imortant factor in muscle growth. You must eat and eat a lot. Frequency of meals is very important. Try for six meals a day at least...every two to three hours. At you weight I would get around 4500 calories a day. I would recomend 300g of protein and 500g carbs. The rest, 140g, should be healthy fats. Mono and poly unsaturated. This is just a starting point. You will need to tweek it acording to you own physiology. Eat wholesome foods. Avoid americanized processed beyond recognition shit. This is general but so was your question.

I think you should be taking in AT LEAST 2g of protein for every LB when you're on the juice... meaning that you should get at least 330g protein a day... others will say at least 3g/lb
