Hey bro's, I'm back. Just wanted to let you now how my last cycle went and ask everyone where they get the capsules to put the DNP into, how to put it in, etc... Here are my results: started- 252 bf- 12.43% ended- 242 bf- 9.2% I used 400mgs to 800mgs. High one day then low one day so I would not have too much in my system. I also included t3 at 25mcgs ed and clen at 4 tabs a day. Side effects- NONE!! I only noticed that I sweated a little more than usual when I would work out or eat a lot of carbs. It didn't even bother me at all. Going to try either 800mgs ed or go back in forth with 1gram and 600mgs. Just wanted to find out about the caps so I don't have to swallow the damn starbursts! I also forgot to add that I didn't even change my diet or cardio. I just wanted to see how I would respond for my first time. | ||

you can pick up caps at most health food stores (the crazy vegan places, not GNC) | ||

I just emptied out some ripped fuel caps. Don't need that many of them so you're not really wasting that much. |
