Well in roughly 8 weeks,my titties will be no more. What i'd like to know is what was the minimal amount of time you had to stay away from the gym? I know we all heal at different rates and i'll be using the recovery period after the op' as part of my 8 weeks off before hitting a biggie, and yes i have arimidex for all future cycles. Just curious how you guys handled staying away from the gym. I've got a bike and motorised treadmill in my house,so at least i'll be hitting the cardio nicely and killing some of the boredom. Any input gratefully recieved.

depending on the type of surgery(deep cutting/lite liposuction etc etc) it can take anywhere between 3weeks to 6 weeks or more. It took me about 4 weeks and I had a light case of it. I had no major bruising but it hurt. Some docs also have to put in a drainage tube which i understand increases the need for recovery time. You'll probably need to wear a chest supporter to help tighten the skin. WEAR IT. Also, DON'T push it. If it hurts then STOP. Hope this helps. Sorry I couldn't be more specifc but each case depends on so many variables. PS It is a great time to do some cardio. after the 2nd week you should be able to do some light treadmill work.
