I started yesterday morning 200mgs at 9am and 200mgs at 5pm. I have never used something before that gave me such an increase in appetite. To cut a long story short I have just demolised 2 roast chickens, a 200 gram bag of Dry Roasted Peanuts and 1 litre of pure orange juice and I aint even done yet I started feeling hungry towards the end of last night, had problems sleeping because I was so hot, have no fan and am sweating like a pig. When i was on dnp,i ate nothing but huge amounts of real,crap junk food for 3 straight days,i mean HUGE amounts just to test the potency of the stuff.Still dropped 5lbs in those 3 days,amazing. Then i think i'll just try 200mgs/day for first time, wanted to try 300 though cause is not that much.with me 300mgs a day would be 3,5mg/kg, and i'm 9-10%bf.what do you say?i 'm having bad truobles with gear so i 'm thincking conservative 'cause i got scared in the past days. I was able to brave it out for the first 4 days. The final 3 I ate ice cream and shit but still dropped 7lbs. That was at 300MG for 3 days and then 400MG for the final 4. Ok im being serious here. Its not like I chose to eat 3000 cals in one meal. I have never been so hungry in my life. Surely this is limiting me to losing weight. take some glycerol! at least a tablespoon every 8 hours, preferably every 4 hours if you're so hungry. this will also greatly help with your hydration levels. don't worry about the insomnia. this usually goes away after 3 or 4 days. make sure you have a good fan and aim it at our torso/head when you sleep. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

hey ig, It is your body craving carbs. I am hypo-glycemic and when the blood sugar got lo on dnp, I felt like I was going to die. Just watch the carb intake, as it will make you feel very hot and sweaty. I only took 200mg a day for 8 days combined with lots of eca and cardio. and I had great results. My friend has taken over 800mg a day and barely lost any weight. It all depends on the person I guess. You only weight 112 lbs? Thats a lot of food for such a little fella ![]() 4mg/kg and you are using 200mg. You said that the correct dossage was 4-6mg/kg but you were taking less than what was recomended. 200/5=50kg=112lbs If you weigh more than that, you may want to think about increasing your dose. TIG, remember that more carbs = higher body temperature = hot and uncomfortable. Yea, my girl thought the yellow cum was funny As for eating more...I ate nothing the first few days and then I was just like you having cravings every minute. I definitely looked softer and fatter the last day or so and for the next 3-4 days after I stopped taking it. I was all pissed saying "shit, I ate like crap and didnt lose anything, I'm fatter and I felt like shit for a week for nothing!" Ahhh, the 1000mg/day club....LOL First time I did DNP Iwas STARVING ALL THE TIME. Ate 4200Kcal for 14 days straight and still lost 4lbs of fat. Tricks to do: 1. Use ECA, not the herbal mind you the real ephedrine HCL. Kills appetite during the day-time quite well. Phentermine is also good. 2. Eat as many salads/veggies etc... that you can humanly put down as this is your first DNP cycle(and you WILL be hungry). 3. Use GHB when going to sleep and throughout the day to combat insomnia at night and lethargy(if any) during the day. 4. Have at least 5-6 clean sheets handy at night for changing soaked sheets. 5.Up your dose to 600mg. 400mg is to low for you. 6. The glycerol is a good idea. Godspeed ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

if you're happy with your results with the dose of your first cycle and feel like you don't want to deal with more sides then there's no need to increase it for the 2nd cycle. the 2nd cycle seems to be more effective than the first even at the same dosage. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
