when i start a cycle of sust should i increes my work outs. right know i work every muscle group hard once a week and some muscles like my arms and sholders get worked as secondary muscles on back and chest days. when on a cycle should i increes to working each group twice a week or is what im doing fine. thanx guys. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

ya i usually go mon wed. fri. mon i will do chest and biceps. wed. i will ussually do legs. and on fri i will do back shoulders and triceps. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Are you getting good results from your routine now? If so, I would leave it the same. Even though it is alot harder, you can still overtrain on the juice. You still need to give your muscles time to recover. I work each muscle group once a week whether I am on the juice or not, and just up the intensity a lot more while on. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() |
