Hi Guys Its been a while since Ive posted. For years I have been using expensive disigner weight gain drinks. However to reduce cost I am considering switching to a cheap whey protein drink, 3 X per day. Do you think that the reduced calorie intake from switching drinks will reduce my gains from any future steroid cycles. I appreciate all help.

dpends not if you add up your total intake and get the nutrients you are not getting from the weight gainer from another source personally i just use whey and add all my own carbs, fats, flavours whatever i need to make up my diet but I work them all out as to amounts and %'s if you dont do that it might be more difficult just work out where your calories were coming from during the day and make sure you keep them up that way it wont efect your future gaions if you change peace ------------------

No powder can ever replace the calories you get from a nice piece of 16oz NY sirloin

A nice weight weight gainer shake made from whey protein powder: 2 cups of milk Blend, then you got a great tasting high calorie, high protein, but CHEAP weight gainer. I use the whey protein made by supplementdirect.com, only $20 for a 4.5 pound tub. ------------------ |
