List of drugs I have taken trying to get big. Sustanon Finaplix insulin pgf2a anadrol 50 fake Dbal test 200. Ok get ready to laugh My stats: Arms 15 Chest 41-43 Bench-Best 185 8x Age 23. weight 160 The worst part is my half brother is 21 180lb and ripped has not done half the shit i have just grows like hell. This is very depressing. Before you flame the hell out of my lame ass think if you were born with genetics of a school girl? Could I be diabetic or something? Train hard,eat pretty well always over 120 grams of protine a day very least. I have been training for 2 years and am not much better off then when i started. Cant seem to ever keep gains. It has got to be my genetics! Will still keep at it, saw some natural female bb and if they can get bulit over years of hard work I should be able to. God this really sucks. What should i do? Thanks guys! Most of the drugs were real. how do i know? insulin is OTC no fakes there. Finaplix cattle shit not fake. Test constant hard ons. Dbal good pumps and grew some nice breast tissue. Will have to do something because i refuse to quit. I want to be big so bad i can taste it! Think i will stop the drugs.Aslo pgf2a hurt like hell and gave me the shits. Listen buddy....don't get so down on yourself! Anabolic steroids are NOT magic! They are only one component of the equation involved in bettering one's physique. There are several more important variables to be examined here....Training: Do you train intensely enough...with proper form and muscle control? You need to push yourself to the limit whenever possible..go as hard as intense as possible while maintaining good form! Nutrition: Your statement of taking in 120 gms per day of protein leads me to believe that you need to do some research here...You should be taking in AT LEAST 1.5 gm per pound of bodyweight...I believe 1.5 gms is best and at least 2-3 gms while on gear. This would translate to 240 gms at the VERY LEAST which I still believe is low, especially while on gear. Rest: You should be sleeping at least 8 hrs a night in order to allow your body to rest and recuperate. These are only some of the components that are integral to success in bodybuilding..with or without gear. Even if you are plagued with poor genetics for growth, all is not lost. Follow the above principles - research and learn how to optimize each and defy your genetics! Train hard and GROW! How tall are you. Don't give me that schoolgirl crap. Get the book "Supersquats," and eat everything healthy in sight. Worry about the fat later. Work on exercises that make your nuts pump and don't do anything else. Save the isolation stuff for later. Do the Supersquats routine, then do a powerlifting routine with one bench, one squat, and one dead day per week. Don't do anything else, and get a shitload of rest. 5,5-5,7 in there somewhere. In the past 2 months have changed my workout big time. cut workout days from 3-6 to 3peroid. Started doing deadlifts and have been able to put on about 35lb on the deadlift in about 5 weeks think thats because never really trained my legs befor.Aslo dont do more that 30 sets a week. I am sure one day will reach my goal just so hard to see others like my bro who drink hard eat like shit and do really know shit get bulit by looking at a weight. ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Bump am intersted to hear what people think. I train at home so the only power mass movements I can do are. DB presses,Bench,Deadlift,Rows,Shoulder presses. Have a bench and 2 dumbells and a pull up bar. Aslo do lost of research on the net. Have probably done 250 hours of reading about roids on the net. Can tell you top to bottem about most of them. I agree. Bodybuilding is 100% diet and that is where anabolics come in. If your diet is running at 100% efficiency and effectiveness anabolics raise that to 200% effectiveness. Get back to the basics. Keep it simple. Get some Mass drinks (800-1000 cals) and eat, eat, eat. If you have trouble eating 6 meals, try 4 meals and 2 mass drinks. Also, get no less than 8 hours sleep. This is where a lot of bros fail. If your eating a lot and still not gaining...I would bet you don't get 8-9 hours of sleep every night. This means you have to tell the girlfriend/wife "No" sometimes. If you have one, I hope she's understanding. Yes, some of us have to work twice as hard to look half as good. I have a similar problem. I train hard, eat 2 grams per lb. of body weight and stuff myself silly. I have a VERY small frame. My friend who doesnt use gear only works upperbody and doesnt work legs, and doesnt do squats and deads like me and his arms are huge compared to my little guns. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

NYStrip, I agree with you 100% on the training routine. It's good to see some people that don't subscribe to the 8 exercises per bodypart, 30-40 set crap with 10-15 reps per set. Everyone else covered the diet analysis pretty well but I am not sure if he really needs over 1.5g of protein per lb of bodyweight. I get by well on that amount but I guess everyone is different.
