I eat low carbs and I have a lean body after my workout is it better to have a protein drink with no carbs or with when tryign to cut up. I am posting this dieting question becuase I am currently on a cutting cyle of EQ winny and tren

EVEN WHEN CUTING I ALWAYS HAVE ABOUT 80-100 SIMPLE CARBS RIGHT AFTER A WORKOUT TO RESTORE MY GLYCOGEN(SP?) LEVELS AND SO I DON'T LOOSE AS MUCH MUSCLE. IF I AM CORRECT THE CARBS YOU DRINK RIGHT AFTER A WORKOUT DO NOT GET STORED AS FAT, THEY GET ABSORBED IN TO THE MUSCLE, I AM NOT POSITIVE ON THAT BUT THIS IS WHAT WORKED FOR ME. HOPE THIS HELPS, GOOD LUCK ON YOUR CYCLE

thanks just wanted to make use I was on the right track I am trying to lose these last few pounds and it is getting real fucking hard but I am putting on a lot of muscle so I am just thinking it will go soon. I am cycling clen too. but before my cycle I lost 25 pounds of fat with just ECA but it is not as easy but I knew it would not be. I am doing cardio at about 40mins a da 5 days a week

when are you doing the cardio? it is best done in the morning on a empty stomach and with the carb question yes it is best to take in atleast 80 to 100 gms after traning then don't forget your protein.

You could be gaining or leaning out and I always have a protien drink with orange juice immediatly after my workouts...

200 cals (50 gms protien)
100 cals 8 oz juice

followed by a meal about an hour after the shake

I do cardio after my lift which is in the morning after a very small breakfast. it is the only time I can do it for another month becuase I work 40+hrs a week with 20credit hours of class. I figured after the lift was the second best time to do it. I have to eat a littel something before I go to the gym or my lift sucks. I can try like a mofo to get in and do cardio first thing but I don't think it will be possible and if I did should I still have a protien/carb drink afterwards or just have my normal breakfast?

if you can try to do cardio 1st maybe later after class you can train or continue what you are doing just play with your carbs.1 hi 2 low, 2 hi 3 low (EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT)

Supplement with alpha lipoic acid. ALA increase you glucose uptake by 50%. This means you can eat more carbs without them being stored as fat. This will help your training by allowing you to eat more carbs, which will increase your strength.
