Hey boyz, i got a little problem here. i'v never had this problem before until about a couple of months ago that it seemed like everything on the right side of my body was getting bigger compared to my left, like my right arm was getting outragous pumps and i felt a little if nothing at all in my left and then my right pec started getting bigger and my left one stayed the same, it's really annoying, now my right arm is half an inch bigger than my left and my right pec hangs lower and is wider and thicker than my left pec. i don't know what's wrong, they feel weird and it's been this way for 3 months now and it's reallly fucking annoying, what can i do about it, is there anything to do. please help, it can't be from the juice cuz i've never juiced before but please help has this ever happend to you guyz

Work your otherside harder. Quit putting all your power into your right side.

Prioritize your training .Start isolating
one side of your body and push the weaker side harder by doing more reps, sets . You can
even do forced reps and negatives by using your right hand for assistance if you're traing by yourself. It will eventually start catching up to your right side . Some of this
comes from genetics and poor symmetry but you
still should be able to proportion your body more equally regardless.

Are your legs the same whey? try working out w/dumbs instead. keep each side independent.

yes its probably poor form..i've seen folks work out and not even realize it..you really need to slow the reps down concentrate on proper form-dumbells should help isolate..remember don't go too heavy & sacafice proper form..in a few weeks your weak side should come up to par...!!!

My left tri, specifically the muscle that wraps around the upper arm is about 300% bigger on my left side, and thats my non-dominant side! My right bi is bigger than my left, but thats my main arm for doing just about everything. strange...
