i have been hittin my bi's and tri's once a week and i dont see them growing...my tri's are gettin stronger as is evident by my close grip wit 275 for 4...but i want to get my arms bigger..hit them once or twice what u guys say???thanks fellas | ||

I got good results on this killer month program. Mond-Wed-Fri Hit bi's and tri's when you work out you do a proper 15 rep warm up and get them nice and pumped. You then go your heavies first for 4-6 and pyramid the weight down each set for 6 sets. I put an inch on my arms in three weeks clean. You don't do it all the time but it shocks your arms to grow. It last a month but my tendons could only take it for three weeks. Watch yourself and don't injure anything. ENJOY! | ||

hittin em once every five days should get you the best results close-grip bench supersetted with barbell curls for 4 sets of 6-8 with a 4 sec negative followed by weighted dips supersetted with reverse curls for 4 sets with a 4 sec negative....rest 90 sec b/n all sets...make sure you feel the weight and are not just lifting it mindlessly | ||

I hit my arms up on Monday, but, I'll throw in 3 sets of pushdowns for my tri's on Friday after my chest workout. I agree that you should try switching up exercises first before moving to twice a week. If none of that works you might even want to try doing biceps every other week. Hit them hard if you do that. Some people respond better to that. |
