I work out intense for an hour and a half. A different bodypart a day 7 days a week. I always make sure I work until failure and am definatly getting a good workout. The dbols and deca I have been using are giving me a great pump and no muscle soreness the next day. All I want to know is can i just train the same muscle the next day since I am not getting sore. Will this help or slow my progress??? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

My suggestion is to combine your 7 day program to 4-5 days. This will allow proper rest and increase the number times you'll train in a month. Example if your program is legs every 7th day then your only hitting them 4 times a month. . ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

NO, NO, NO!!!! And I can't reiterate that enough. Just because your sore does NOT mean youn can imediately train them again. You don't grow while using them. You grow through the many events following the workout. Processes that take a long time to complete in order to regenerate and grow new muscle. These events take a couple days. If you arn't sore you probably arn't training hard enough. I get more sore on AS due to the increased intensity. You grow while at rest. Training everyday is bad enough then you want to train every muscle every day. You won't and can't grow like this. The body will not be able to compensate and adapt to the stressor or exercise. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Beezers is right on the money. Training everyday is hurting you more than its helping you. You are using secondary muscles when performing any exercise so actually you are working your muscles too much. REST = GROWTH. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

why people do not understand that muscles grow when they're resting, even on as? as are no license to train more often, they just increse the protein synthesis(= more gorowth) IN THE RESTING PERIODS. now, think about this and aswer yourself the question. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()
