just wondering, which would be the best way to run it.... spread out throughout the day, or say half in morning half before working out.... or all before working out... i have the stenox 2.5mg tabs and im gonna run it for 4 weeks at 20mg's/day...with 600mg's/week EQ.

HALO IS BEST TAKEN AT ONE DOSE-PRE WORKOUT. IT WILL GIVE YOU AWESOME STRENGTH AND UNBELIEVABLE AGGRESSION. WAY TOO TOXIC TO SPREAD OUT UNLESS YOU EITHER HAVE A LIVER DONOR WAITING OR YOU AND YOUR LIVER HATE EACH OTHER. TRY 20-25 MILLIGRAMS ONE HOUR PRE-WORKOUT ON EMPTY STOMACH FOR NO LONGER THAN 6 WEEKS.
