Shawn is the shiat! he has good advise trains like an animal and can drive any of the current pros into the gym floor...Ive only seen part of the video...but Ive met him in person... | ||

I have the video. It is good. Shawn Ray is a great bodybuilder, from his physique, to his professional attitude. Get the Video. I paid $45 for it, so if you are only paying $30 for it, get it and you will be pleased. | ||
