hey guys,

im ready to post my before and after pics of an 10 month nonstop low to moderate steroid cycle. how do u post a pic on the board? help very much appreciated.

you have to have the pic up on a site, ex: photopint. then all you do is type : [img]www.thisishereyourpicis.com [/img]
there is no space after the site address, i had to put it there so you could read it
