Say you took 20 mg of dbol only once a week for a pre workout boost... think this would have any benifits?? Or do you think it would just shut down natural test production??? Thanks for thoughts ------------------

YOU WOULD HAVE A GREAT WORKOUT BUT NOTHING ELSE-POSITIVE OR NEGATIVE. YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO TAKE 20 MILLIGRAMS BEFORE EVERY WORKOUT AND STILL SEE ONLY POSITIVE-NO SHUTDOWN, ACNE ETC.. | ||

I have used 20-25mgs twice a week before workout. I used it 1 hour before training my two weakest body parts. | ||

Just because d-bol has a half life of 4 hours doesn't mean that it makes your muscles grow in 4 hours. It has to be taken on a daily basis for at least 4 weeks to promote protien synthesis. Once a week is just a waste in my opinion. ------------------ | ||

Im just curious because we all now the effect that dbol gives you about 1 hour after taking it...like a surge of power..I would think that this would be a benifit for a workouts....just a thought | ||

Just because dbol has a half life of 4 hours doesnt mean after only 4 hours the dbol has not positive effects. Until you actually try something do not dismiss it as not being good. Dbol = increased pump = more blood flow = more nutrients that can flow around the body and more waste can leave quicker. Peace | ||

IronGame, I didn't say it increases protein synthesis within 4 hours I just said its half life is 4 hours. Also, I'm just speaking from experience that for me, I have to take the stuff everyday for a few weeks to see growth, so I don't see how taking it once and a while before workouts would do any good. Some people think that because D-bol is an oral that it works right away like magic, you take it and grow, which just isn't true. I think that taking it preworkout only can make benefits since it will increase protein synthesis during the critical hours right after your workout, help to elimiate protein/muscle breakdown during workout, and reduce cortisol levels. Tell me of a natural supplement that would be more effective pre-workout than 20mg of dbol, even if used just a few days a week. There is still a lot of unexplored territory on the use of anabolic steroids. | ||

Anyone else?? I think this is a very good idea (in theory) as I think that 20mg once a week will not inhibit natural test production...I am curious to what some mods and vets think....... | ||
