if your bulking eat anything all day stay away from breads and. Eat lots of beef and chicken. and make sure you eat 3 grams of protein for every pount you way so 525 grams a dat. Don't eat anything and everything. Eat right. Good wholesome whole foods and lean high quality proteins. I would say you will need 4000-4500 caloris daily. Keep them clean. Get them in through six meals(if not more) throughout the day. I would start on the higher end 4200-4500 and see how you react. You may find you need more as the cycle goes on. Why would he need to stay away from breads? I've found that they're a great source for carbs and they taste good too. Plus, a chicken breast is much better if you make it a sandwhich once or twice a day. ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

it depends form your meatabolism. At your weigh, even if you don't have fast metabolism, i wouldn't go lower than 3500 CLEAN calories. i say clean cause that is very important if you want to limit your fat gains and if you don't want your cholesterol to go crazy.If you're considering to use gear it means you 're allready an expirieced bodybuilder, and you should know pretty well how many kcals you neeed to grow naturally without excessive fat gain. Take that number and add 500-1000 kcals and you should be there. Your protein apport MUST be between 300-350 gms /day no mateer the kcals you're eating. hope this helps. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

all those carbs will MAKE YOU FAT!!! get your calories from proteins and fats. dont drink weight gain shakes...they are loaded with sugar!!keep your protein up around at least 400 grams a day...you want to put on quality weight in form of muscle i assume so for the love of god dont eat a shitload of carbs thinkin your gettin big...you wont be-you will just become a fat ass...you will look big until you take your shirt off and disappoint everyone around you lookin like butterbean instead of bill davey ![]() ![]() ![]() |
