I'm always hearing that it's possible to put 10lbs of muscle on with 200mg primo for 12 weeks. However, i've never heard of anyone achieving this. If one eats bulk, say 4000-5000 cals a day, rather than dieting and eating low cals, would this goal be achievable? Once the course has finished, then one can concentrate on cutting body fat down...dnp perhaps.

Yes, it is very possible. In fact you only need about 4000 calories per day and a high protein intake.

It just takes hard work and a good diet. It is not the gear that makes the difference....it is diet and intensity in the gym.

E-mail me and I will put you in touch with over 10 people who have easily achieved 10 lbs and some as much as 18.

Peace

Primo is real good for packing on quality muscle that most claim is permanent.
No yoyo effect on this stuff. You don't have to eat that muck either . You just need to eat a moderate amount above your daily caloric needs and bump that amount to 400 mg instead of 200,there's a big difference by doubling it. Keep the protein very high just like anyother mass building cycle but you don't have to go overboard with the eating or you'll just get fat. You won't get the bloat ,estrogen conversion, acne, gyno, high
liver toxicity and other sides from this product cause it's one of the safest available. You can easily put on 10 or more solid pounds, not water weight, with this in
12 weeks but if your training and diet is right and very clean it should be attainable in 6-8 weeks. Try it out , and if you do it
all right you won't be dissapointed.
