For the bottom of the pecs I find that cabel crossovers work it real well.
This link show you excersies and which muslce region they work out. Also has a short video to show you how to do it. http://www.planetkc.com/exrx/Lists/WtMale.html

Bench press, the more you bench, the bigger, and more defined your chest will get.

junior. Yes the more you bench the bigger your chest will get. But mainly the top portion. I was once thinking the same as you and now you can't see my nips. They have moved under my pecs. I developed the tops so much that the bottoms never did get defined and so the top of the pec is over preportioned to the bottom. Basically my nip points towards the ground.

From everyone I've talked to, the upper pecs are hardest to bring out. Hit incline bench presses with strong emphasis on the negatives, that has helped me. I also believe strongly in cable flys...heavy weight, with maximum reps, then go even further, don't forget to squeeze your pecs hard at the top of each rep. The more you actually flex that upper pec, the more it will respond.

I think some of you got off track ???

He was asking about the lower pecs.

I agree with the cable cross overs and "I" like declines, especially with dumbbells

Flat bb/db presses, flat db flyes, incline bb/db presses, incline db flyes, and dips.

Remember though, genetics are a big part of the game. Not everybody can have a perfect symmetrical chest.

okay bro, why dont you change your approach to doing chest. Why dont you quit lifting heavy and do a combination, shock the muscle and pound it to the ground.....on each set!!
try to do supersets, heavy weights, and giant sets!!! and do an array of exercises->

4flat bench supersetted w/hamm st.flat bench
on third set start incline flys

incline flys for a few sets

start supersetting incline barbell with decline bb(note I like to use hammer st. not everyone can) 20 reps each set 3x"s, 10 wide grip, and 10 close grip, to hit all areas

try a few heavy sets of incline db

start cable cross flys after first set of incline db

do heavy dumbell flat flys

do pullovers

do dips(weighted) supersetted w/ 4sets of bicep exercise.

nautilus incline machine at 16 reps

finish up with a burnout of 135 lbs. on flat bench

*do all exercises in 50minutes, at 25 sets, 3to 4sets or two on smaller lifts.

I have to stick up for the decline bench, I think it has helped give me a good cut in the lower chest, make sure to get the angle as high as possible. It's a shorter range of motion and if you want you should be able to go just as heavy, even if it is one of your last chest exercises.
