I have been injecting eq and eq,sus but never sus alone. It has been 3 days and I still cant flex or straiten out my arm all the way. Man I hope it is better for my workout of chest and shoulders on Monday.

i just shot fina into each bicep about 3 mins ago. yeah they hurt like hell. ive done this before and they feel fine after about 3 hours or so, but i still cant work bis for 2 days after this.
oh well

Yeah, Sus can be a real pain in the butt..hahahah.. I never shoot sus anywhere except for the butt
