as i 'm gettting better form the teriific flu i had (actually i'm totally ok now)i'm noticing another problem. My nips are getting a little sessitive to touch. They're not puffy at all, but the are a little more sensitive than usual and a little bit swollen.A little bit but can tell the difference from usual. I 'm not sure it isn't all in my mind and i would'n like to start the nolva if not necessay. What would you do?

Sometimes if you shave/wax prior to competitions or whatever, ingrown hairs can cause tenderness around the nipple region; but it's always better to be safe than sorry, start a low dose of tamoxifen. ------------------

Oops, I didn't notice that you had just recovered from the flu - another problem many athletes with low bf% have is that the Influenza triggers a potent immune response, which often involves a substantial increase in antibodies. This can result in enhanced fluid in the lymph vascular system and slight swelling in numerous areas (including the pecs). Hope all this helps bro. ------------------

primo57, thanks for the help i didn't know this. Then i'll just wait a couple of days and see what happens. Anyway my nips are not really tender, they're just a little bit turgid and sensitive. But just a little bit. |
