Do you guys like to use them!!!!! I find that some of them get a good pump going in my muscles today i did flat bench press then i did two sets of hammer strength bench and i really liked the way it pumped up my chest cause at the top of the movement i can really squeeze my pec muscles, Same thing with the incline hammer strength machine. What you guys think? ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Hammer Strength is great for isolating the targeted muscle, but it doesn't work the stabalizers. I use both in my workouts and find that gives me the best results. Nothing pumps me better then the iso-shoulder press, it's awesome ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

hammer strength machines are the best available and I encorporate 1 exercise into most of my routines but no substitute for free weights. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

I use both when I train. I like the decline hammer and the rear delt press. I use hammer preacher and tri push down. ------------------ "Catch a man a fish and he eats for a day, but if you teach a man to fish, he eats for a lifetime." ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

I like hammer to supplement my free weight work. I will usually use them after a big barbell movement. I like the incline press, shoulder press, pull down and preacher curl the best. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

I love the hammer strength chest press. I agree it's no substitute to free weight pressing but it is fantastic at isolating the pecs...and for me widening them. I use it at the end of my routine almost as an isolation movement though I do go heavy and it is a pressing compound movement. The shoulder press is pretty good but I still prefer DB's for that. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

There is a Hammer Deadlift Machine, and as far as Machines go it is awesome. I hate machines I almost despise them, but How can you not give it up to Hammer Strength the line is great. They don't have a bad machine, but I stay away as much as possible. It's not easy, but I don't use any other machines for power movements. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Hammer is fantastic! My gym has the full line...54 pieces!!! Atlantis also makes an excellent plate loaded line as well. ------------------ quote: ![]() ![]() ![]() |
