Well, to put on weight you obviously are wanting something high in calories. My favorite is N-large 2 by prolab. It has 600 cals a serving plus 52g of protein, that's before I add milk and ice cream, oh and a couple of spoons of peanut butter, ummmmmmm ![]() ------------------ The land where possesion is legal! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

My prefered protein is whole foods. I only have a shake imediately post workout due to the fact it is digested and ulilized so quickly. I think whole foods are far better than powders. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
