THE GENERAL RULE IS TIME ON = TIME OFF LIKE LAWNSAVER SAID, BUT I HAVE NOTICED PEOPLE TAKEING ONLY 4-6 WEEKS OFF AND THEN STARTING ANOTHER CYCLE. I WOULD STAY WITH THE FIRST ONE

What if someone was switching up the juice? such as 10 weeks of eq and Anavar. then switching to Dbol and Testosterone for 8 - 10 weeks. do you still have to take the same amount of time off as on? i was under the impression, from the anabolic review, that as long as you keep switching products you can stay "on" for a while, like the pro's do. Please correct me if i am wrong.

I find if I wait about 2-3 hours, that gives me the time to get the natural test going again. Then I know it's time to start all over

Stay on and dont come off. Every 12 weeks or so , bridge with primo for 4 weeks then hit it hard again. Fuck taking time off. Just monitor the liver enzymes and the blood pressure. I used to say time on =time off, but I have changed. I am growing non-stop now.

Time on = time on! hehehe

12 weeks hard, then 4-6 weeks on primo, then back at it. There is no sense in running your hormones through a roller coaster ride every two months. Just decide how long you intend to chemically alter you physique. As long as your healthy and can afford it, stay on dammit! You can worry about your natural testosterone when your not suppresing it anymore with exogenous hormones.

Bump... I want to hear more about year round cycles. Are you guys totally lookin to get big and not caring about the side effects or are you guys doing it because staying on all year round really is not as bad as everyone thinks it is?

I would say the ideal time would be 3 months (or 12 weeks). Wait more if you can.

Charles Ray - I really dont see that the side effects are any worse. I think the side effects in mood swings, estrogen rebound, cortisol rebound, etc are harder on the body then staying on. I do cycle oral steroids because they are stressfull to the liver, and I cycle fina becuase its hard on the kidneys. Drugs like Testosterone are not vert hard on the body if used responsibly. The biggest key is getting your blood work done at least every six months, checking your blood pressure and monitoring every aspect of your health possible. If you can stay on juice and be healthy - stay on.

I'd say you could go year round if you switched up and could afford it. Doctors have given men enthanate for up to a year straight to make them infertile to test for a male birth control pill. Side effect were the norm, increased appetite, ect. You have to switch to continue to grow. What do you guys think? Am I way off here?

junior no your not off, but it also depends on the person. A friend of mine went year round with switching up the juice, but after time he stopped growing. Myself I am doing a year round now also, and switching every 8 weeks with a diffretn setup. I have continued to grow like this. But also you need to remember this is putting a strain on the body when doing year round cycle and will be harder to get natural test production going again after being surpressed for so long.

Keep in mind that there are 2 schools of thought:

1) "I will use AS to enhance my appearance and my training. My goal is to keep as much of my gains as possible when I come off."

<note everyone starts out as #1>

2) "I want to do this all the time. I'm making a commitment to these drugs. I will have them at least semi-permanently in my life and I'll deal with coming off someday when I decide to do it"

<all Pro BB's and most every top amateur has switched to #2>

#1 focuses on enhancing one's natural appearance with temporary use of AS. They focus on AS as a temporary solution.

I think that people who are comfortable with the #2 stance should be conscious that you may be dealing with a case of mental addication. This is not true in every case but I have seen several who's goals have changed and altered to allow them to rationalize their increasing and continued use of AS. They like the way they feel on it and their "body self-image" is improved while on and hurt when off.

Something to keep in mind aside from the health concerns. Never get too comfortable with your drugs.

This isn't meant to be a downer but more a post for newbies or anyone else who may be getting a little caried away.

It's my opinion that if you stay on all year round, you are putting your body in risk of serious harm and that it is much safer to cycle. Time on = time off.

I'll have to agree with most people by suggesting the timeon=time off theory. But I have seen some valid points with always staying on school of thought, it doesnt screw with your hormones nearly as much which would be a definite benefit. Im just curious to see how long the pros live, if many of them make it to 70-80 ill be amazed a damn pissed i didnt do heavier longer cycles.
