May be something to get checked out. Do you have any nueropathy? (Pain in the hands or feet?) Frequent urination, dizzyness on standing, episodes of sweats? Diabetes is a concern you would not want to overlook. ACTH, Aldosterone, Corticosteroids, Growth Hormone, and prostogens are drugs all associated with impaired glucose tolerance. A fasting blood or plasma test for glucose levels is one way to check this out. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

MassKing.... how old are you Bro? I am careful when throwing out possibilities via e-mail, but better to have been checked out looking for answers than to be ill by not trying right? So.... I am not trying to alarm you. One of the symptoms of some heart difficulties is swollen ankles and lower legs. When the stroke volume of the heart is compromised you can see swelling in the ankles. This is called a congestive heart. An important component of taking care of this kind of thing is recognizing factors that may cause increased cardiac demand. These would be hypertension (high blood pressure), anemia, excess salt, excess alcohol, arrhythmias and a few more. Check with an internist/cardiologist is the swelling persists and maybe get your blood sugar and cardiac function tests all at once. Good luck Bro. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Because diabetes and heart problems run in the family does not mean you have them.... but it does mean you should be on the lookout for them. Your age, plus family, plus gear means you should be tested. A cardiologist may be your best bet for the heart. I would ask a pharmacist by phone about the blood sugar issue. There may be some over the counter stuff for you. The pahrmacist are usually very helpful and you can tell 'em anything as it is anonymous. A cardiologist is just going to be looking for signs that are easy to detect. You can go there without telling him you are using gear. He will probaly assume it anyway. Nome sane? (no what I am saying?) ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

since im only on the tren which is fast acting and out of my system quickly, do you think i should wait a week and then go? because if i have any blood work now it will be skewed because of the gear. i guess i could go to my general practioner and just have him take alook at my feet and dont tell him, i just dont want my insurance to say they arent paying because im on gear. i have been very tired lately and sweating like a pig at various times of the day and at nite. i assume that is from the gear. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

I would not assume it is from the gear. Those are symptoms of diabetes. See if you can identify that with over the counter stuff immediately. Then go from there. You heart being check is more routine.... like Blood pressure, listening for murmurs or irregular heartbeats. I would do the basics right away. If it gets real in depth...then get clean first if you are concerned. Don't put it off..... one or the other is likely to show up. Lemme know willya? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

I noticed the same thing on my sus eq cycle around week2-5. I did not worry about it. I think it is just from water retention. Im on week 10 now and I have not had this problem since week 4 or so. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

So do you guys think i should just hold off abit and cut back my salt intake and see if the ankles get any better? I really dont feel bad and i talked to a guy in the gym this morning after i initally posted this and he claims that it shouldnt be anything major unless the swelling area becomes blue or some coloration occurs, he told me to sit it out a week to see and cut back on my sodium and pottassium. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
