I would save it for after you cycle due to it's anti-catabolic (prevents muscle breakdown) properties. You can bulk up throughout the cycle and then cut up post cycle. Start the clen when you start your clomid, start with two and work your way up to your tolerances. Try not to take clen after 4:00 pm I have problems sleeping. Use a two week on two week off cycle with the clen with ECA on the off weeks. I hope this help. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I've tried it at 80-140 mcg and it works really well at burning fat especially in the morning on an empty stomach . I take it for 2 weeks on 2 weeks off pattern alternating with ECA stack. I like the results but if you throw in some T-3 with that the fat loss will be much greater. I normally use a pyramid pattern of one tab a day for 4 days and bump it upto 2 tabs for 4 days and keep going up like this until I hit 100 mcg , then I start tapering back down in the same pattern but keep on going to 1/2 tab for 4 days ,then finally 1/4 tab for 4 days . This method will help your natural thyroid kick back in sooner when you taper down slowly like this . I would go ahead and use the Clen now before your cycle and again after. There's no reason to have to wait until after . It will be just as effective now as after since you don't have to worry about losing mucsle because of it's anti-catibolic properties. But I wouldn't throw in the T-3 with it before your cycle because the T-3 eats up muscle very fast along with the fat and you need to have some test in you or something like Primobolan Depot to keep from burning muscle. And when I do the clen for 2 weeks on I start at 60 mcg and bump it up 20 mcg every three days till I hit the 140 mark then maintain that dosage for the remainder of the 2 weeks. IMO the key to not losing muscle on T3 is to keep protein very high. I lost some muscle with T3 even with gear. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
