First some background: I'm on my first cycle. First 6 weeks were bulk, 500mg Omna, 400mg Deca. I just started the next phase, cutting. I'm doing 6 weeks with just Deca 400mg+clen/eca....then after week 12, continuing with primo 300-400mg weekly and post cycle clomid therapy. I've also been taking clomid throughout. The thing is, I'm now going with low carbs, low fat and high protein and I look smaller. It's only week 7, meaning I've been cutting for one week. I don't think I'm losing muscle because I still got lots of test in my system (and injecting more deca every week). Could it be carb depletion? I take most of my carbs at breakfast and after training. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Because you are cuttin carbs you are loosing a lot of body water and your muscles will not look as full that would be my guess ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Need to bump this... I'm eating about 2100-2200 cal a day, at a weight of 207lbs. Should I take creatine to combat the flat look, or just ride it out, until my diet is over and I start eating moderate carbs? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I'm sorry, it p***** me off that nobody wants to answer this one. There are atleast ten posts about gyno(do I have gyno?) and similar frequently asked questions EVERY DAY, and the answers to those can be found in the archives. Still, posts like those get tens of replies. I always use the search before posting, so when I do post, I have a good reason. Could someone please help me. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
