Believe it or not, but Glucosimine/chondriton/msm combo works. Its not a stimulant, meaning it doesnt work overnight, but taken at the recomended does or a little higher, it works great. I have been taking a double dose for about 5 weeks and I have better range of motion in my shoulders and knees. I have tendonitist and it doesnt help that, but the clicking in my shoulders is gone. ------------------ "Catch a man a fish and he eats for a day, but if you teach a man to fish, he eats for a lifetime."

Tell him to start lifting...His joints will still hurt, but at least he'll know why.

I think the glucosamine/chondroitin combo is his best bet. I know some hardcore marathon runners who swear by it for their knee pain. They won't run without it. I've even got my grandmother on it and it is relieving her RA in her knee.

well his pain is pretty bad and looking for QUICK results....how long before that(glucosmine/chon.) combo kicks in.... how about that and 10mg dbol/day... ...i remind you he doesnt lift--hes a mechanic and just wants less pain and enough strenth to be alright at work..... ------------------

Why doesn't he check himself in to see a professional? Black market should be the last resort. rxderrick

If he can talk to a Doc, Vioxx is awsome. ------------------ "Catch a man a fish and he eats for a day, but if you teach a man to fish, he eats for a lifetime."

quote: Do doctors not 'exist' in his area? Look, i think it is smarter for someone to try the right way before trying the underground. He doesn't even lift, so there is absolutely no reason for him to be using roids (unless he is withering away as we speak). I think a doctor could better suit his needs with pain relief and he quite possibly could get it cheap/free and effortlessly. Roids isn't the solution to every problem. Just my opinion. rxderrick

If this fellow will not see a doc, then glucosamine sulfate may be a help to him. I would go without the chonroiton sulfate though. Tests show that only about 10% of it is actually absorbed by the body. That 10% does work, it's just more expensive. If money is no object then include it. Glucosamine is an anti-imflammatory and reaches maximium benefit after about 4 weeks of steady use. 1500-2000 mg a day. It has no side effects and is the only thing we know of that actually rebuilds articular surfaces of cartilage and bone. If over the counter stuff like naprosyn and Advil don't work, he may have something more going on, like a bursitis, calcium deposits and or a tear. Glucosamine is safer than those others as it is easy on the kidneys and liver.

the knox gelatin thing is the way to go, its cheap and it works. im on it right now, 2 servings a day and im feeling great joint wise. took about 4-6 days before relief started kicking in though. 20 mg of dbol with that would be awesome i would think! ------------------
