i was in the gym today and it hit me that ive been doing this for almost 20 YEARS!i started thinking back to when i first started lifting weights........man what a wake up call! that short skinny dude that everyone else was probably laughin at...... weights(whether a dumbell or a barbell)wobblin and my whole body shakin..... thinking about this makes me want to help as many new lifters as i can so they dont have to deal as severely with this as i did, and this makes what all the knowledgable guys on this board do that much more important. keep up the good work , all of you bros! P.S.i wish i would have had a board like this when i started! ------------------ [This message has been edited by barbells79 (edited April 06, 2001).] ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Yea, I guess it's been 20 years ago for me too. You know I hate it when guys complain about how these 'little' guys in the gym are "in my way". We all started somewhere. I always give respect to any newbies in the gym, either little skinny guys or obese men/women, because they are all trying to improve themselves. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()
