I have been running 5 ius of growth for the last two mos....I have 10 bottles left..should I take a month off or keep on using?????

First your age is important if you are under the age of 40 the longer you use GH the better the chance of long term sides, and the second question is have you acheived what you set out to do with it

I am 28 years old...6'4 , 260 pounds...14% body fat......My goals were to get down to 10%bf and No I am not there yet.....How long of a term is considered long enough to start seeing side effects? the only problems I have now are sore rists and joints....

Are you using Insulin or ala with that or just the HGH, do a search in the archieved section just type in HGH and there is a wealth of knowledge,on the length of cycles ive always heard 6 iu for two months or 4 iu for 4 months so rewiew the archives and you will figure out what you wanna do

Your right about it being better with AS's.
It should be used with AS and the serious boys probably use other hormones that are needed such as insulin, and Cytomel or other LT-3 thyroid hormones. Reason for this is it induces the maximum anabolic effect. To even better it you can use anticatabolic drugs like ephedrine, Clenbuterol etcetera ! I know a bit about GH because my friend uses it. That stuff in unreal !!! Period !!!

Why do most people use GH? Is it to cut bodyfat, isnt there a lot of CHEAPER alternatives w\ less side effects than GH?
