Thighs 28.5 inch and maybe not good enough for today's standard, BUT he didn't use Synthol, HGH or Insulin. Not even all roids whe know of now, where not available then. AS for "only" winning the Olympia 7 times, and Haney 8 times, well he had other goals to achieve, while BB for Haney was all he got. If he would have stayed on stage, then he could won from 1976-1979 also. I've done some of his routines from his encyclopedia and they work if you tailor them to your recovery capabilities. Especially his priority princibles, you want big arms, do arms and he says bi's recover the fastest, I've done them 3 times a week with good results, off gear. ![]() ![]() ![]() |
