well i started week 2 of my cycle and im doing ok. i made some changes , like im not going to take clen and just stick with adipo for the next 5 weeks. today i m at 8 anavars and that im keeping the sma efor the next 4 weeks and i started t3 today. my diet was ok(alot of fast food but good stuff like sub way and pitas) but im going to try to onlky eat stuff i bring with me. namely wheat bread and chicken or steak......the only thing is im worried about is my hunger. im not! today at every meal i only ate 1/2 of what i was noramlly eat. got milk thristle today and i got flax oil but i dont think im gonna take it cause the "bested used by" was in jan. should it be ok? thats all i just wanted to let you guys know how im doing...
ill post again mext week.

big cal what are you're stats?

did you drop/gain weight?

If i remember correctly you're a pretty big boy and were trying to lose weight. What does your daily intake look like?

well my stats are:
wt:460
bf: about 55%
age: 17(6/20 im 18)

i cqan weigh my self cause i dont have a scale tyhat goes this high, so i ave to wait till i see the doc befoer i get to weigh myself.

my diet i try to do this but ill also post my diet im changing to.

last week:
meal 1-myoplex
meal 2-6" wheat double meat roasted chicken sub(subway)
meal 3-myoplex
meal 4-8oz. chicken, 1 cup brown rice
meal 5-6oz. top sirloin steak, 1 cup corn
meal 6-myoplex

but im going to change it to this:
meal 1-meso tech
meal 2-8oz. chicken breast,4 slices wheat bread,2slices cheese
meal 3-meso tech
meal 4-8oz. shrimp,4 slices wherat bread,2 slices cheese
meal 5-6oz. top sirloin steak,4 slices wheat bread,2 slices cheese
meal 6-meso tech

i wanted to change it to this cause i get more fiber and a little less carbs.
