I have hit a sticking point in the weights and on a whim have decided to run a marathon in two months. I need to lose a little body fat and hope to come back to the weights rejuvenated. What cycle would help with cardiovascular fitness, minimize muscle loss and minimize bloating. I was thinking of Winnie, deca, test. What are your opinions on selection and dosages.
