i`m planning on goint to a Dermatologist and i want to get on accutane...what are your thoughts on accutane and do i tell the doc right away that i use AS ??some how my primary physician wont put me on it he said i`ll get to depressive...so what should i do?

I think the dermatologist will know what's best for you.....there is no need to tell him/her that your on gear. You may want to tell your primary care physician though...so you could get blood work done every once and a while.
