I've been reading some people have been boiling thier juice, mostly the Ttokkyo stuff. Will this actually kill bacteria or just some BS that has been past around? I'm mostly concerned with the win & eq I'm about to start. Thanks for any help. This board sure does have a lot of knowledge to help people reach thier goals safely. If its a new bottle & no one else has used it I dont see what you would have to worry about.I've never heard of anyone boiling their gear.I would say the best thing to do to prevent bacteria from growing to much would be to put it in the Fridge. ------------------ BROS BEFORE HO'S ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
