I am going to enter for the first time in August. I am comming to the end of my cycle at the end of April and will be off for the whole of May (no gear at all). BUT here is the catch I am also getting married in May and will be on honeymoon for two weeks. In effect my training will be at a slump. Then in June it is balls to the wall. I have two questions:
1. The most effective may to maitain as much muscle as possible while on honeymoon (this unfitunately cannot be avoided as my new wife would be pretty pissed if we do not go on honeymoon)
2. I have my own cycle set out but am interested to see what you can put togther.
I can get any of the following in any quatitties:
Sust, Test. Cypionate, Test Enanthate, Test Susp.,Anadrol,D/Bol, HGH, Slin, Decca, EQ,Winny.

Some good suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I will post my cycle in comparison to the response but that only later.

(Diet is another story, I have a guy helping me out)

The most effective way to prevent loss of muscle tissue would be to not go off completely in May, despite the fact that your training is going to suffer. I sure hope that the show is in the end of August if you are not going to be training regularly in May. Use your EQ, it is mild an does not aromatize like the more powerful androgens.

i dont know much about gear but all my bros are natural bodybuilders and after you deplete your carbs for the last week that s of course if your diet is perfect before the show and lower you water your body is becomes like a sponge and you will be gaining weight very easily the 4 weeks after the show normally 15 lbs more then your average weight which I think come perfect with you honeymoon I would recommend not to use any gear on that period and see what you body will do . you will be suprised if it s your first time competing . if you don t have access to a gym stick to push ups with your wife sitting on your back or some pull ups and you ll keep most of what you got . hope it helps let me know if you need anymore cop advice .

Are you aware that May comes before August? You would be an easy one to fight a traffic ticket, you wouldn't show up for traffic court on the right date!

How cut are you now?

That is the main decision maker. I need more details.

Current Weight?
Current bodyfat?
Current cycle?
Age?

When is the exact contest date and when is the honeymoon?

On your honeymoon don't even try to train. Give your body a rest because you will abuse it much after.

You can bridge with primo or just take off AAS for May like you planned.

One thing you can due during the honeymoon to keep mass and not gain fat is watch calories. Eat a ton of protein (bring whey or meal replacements) and get your 7-8 hours of sleep.

The rest will do you good.

I am to lazy to build you a cycle. Post yours and we will tweak it.

DREXX -- Stats are as follows

26yrs 6'2 at 260 with b/f at around 12-13%

Current cycle simplified:
1000mg sust
200mg deca
200mg Nadrolone Cypionate
200mg Test Cypionate
Was taking 40mg d/bol but have stopped now.
4iu's GH E/D with 6iu's slin (5on 2 off)
(was taking the slin 3x per day at 6iu's but have reduced to once)

Sorry-----honeymoon is until the end of May and contest date is around 24Aug.

Seriously, I wouldn't take jack shit throughout your honeymoon, don't train either. Take a break and enjoy the time with the person your going to spend the rest of your life with. Kick back and give your body a chance to relax and hit it hard when you return. What I would use prior to the contest would be EQ, Sust and Winny. Other than that try not to stress about it, because depending on how smoothly these 2 weeks go with your new wife can determine how smoothly the rest of your relationship goes.

LBM = 226 lbs
FAT = 33.8 lbs
Weight = 260 @ 13%

If the show is on Saturday the 25th of August then as of the 8th of April you have 20 weeks left.

You have about 27lbs of fat to lose to get to 3% bodyfat.

That means you would go down to about 233lbs and then when you lose the water you will weigh about 224lbs.

Assuming you don't lose or gain muscle mass. You will most likely gain some depending what dose of AAS you take.

Even if you only start dieting after the May honeymoon you will have 12 weeks (starting on Sat 3rd of June)

That means you can lose 2.25lbs of fat per week for 12 weeks and be ready. It's your call.

You can also make it easier on yourself and lose some fat before the honeymoon and then the rest after.

For the cycle, I would suggest something that last 12 weeks (obviously)

You last cycle had about 2000mg of AAS per week I am assuming you want something similar.

I would probably add in Fina as well.

I always get the cheapest test. TEST is TEST in my opinion.

Most would suggest you switch to prop the last 4 weeks. But I don't think it matters.

Think about it you are taking a bunch of Anti-E, low sodium diet, water restricted and using diurectics. You wont hold water

If you can get/afford arimidex use it. 1/4mg per day is fine. More for the last week.

If not take 50mg clomid per day with 20mg nolva per day or with proviron

I am assuming you know how to use T3 and the thermogenics.

Insulin I wouldn't use besides for the carbup (1-2 days)

HGH I have never used so I can't give you advice.... By the way, how do you like it?

I am curious as to the anadrol in the last for weeks, will it not keep me holding unnecessary water?

The schedule of weeks you have posted are along the lines of my thought that 12 weeks should be enough to get into good shape, provided I don't let things go totaly over the honeymoon.

I was looking at comming in at around 215 to 220 so your calc's are spot on.

The HGH has worked fairly well for me although I did not get the full benefit because my diet is not as strict as it should be. I dropped about 3% of B/F but my weight has gone up slightly -- overall a positive gain.

Any ideas on water loading for the last 2 weeks prior to the contest? I was thinking of a round 8 litres of water per day for the second last week and 8 for the first three days of the last week and cutting down to basically small sips on the day before with some time in the sauna to get rid of the last bit of water.
On the night before I would drink small amounts of redwine with some sugar to make me more vascular.

I know this sounds strange but it is a method of my trainer that I am following -- has given good results in the past but then again different things work for different people.
