Guys-- I know this should really be on the supplement board but it's been slow over there. In getting ready to start cutting, I'm curious about supps/tips on keeping the appetite down at night. What happens with me is when I'm using clen or ECA, I'll be great and real strict all day, but then get big time carb cravings at night. I've been thinking of maybing taking 1 Chitosan at night and then get in one last meal right before sleep...I won't take the ECA that late in the day, 'cause I'll be up all night..are there any good pm fat-burning supps out there? I've seen a couple posts on them, but no real good info...any input greatly appreciated..thanks ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

In lieu of some threads over at A.F. this week, JUST MAKE SURE you're not taking in any carbohydrates before bed, ESPECIALLY if you are cutting fat! The insulin will keep GH (according to animal, who knows his sh*t!) from doing it's thing. night time appetite I used to have the same problem while dieating i m 6.2 200lbs and 4.3 percent (without any gear not even thermogenics )of BF as of yesterday . my advice to you is distribute the carb evenly throughout the dAY . UP TOUR FIBER INTAKE AND MONO FATS , CUT YOUR CARBS AT 8 PM . IF YOU FEEL YOU ARE STARVING HIT A SPOON OF PEANUT BUTTER AND SOME WATER OR DIET SODA . THAT WILL CALM YOUR HUNGER RIGHT AWAY . Try eating a spoonful of all natural peanut butter before bed. It has good fats, maybe 4 grams of carbs and about 7 grams of protein.
