I am going to start a new cycle of 500mg sus and 400mg deca weekly for 8 weeks. I have trip for a 9 days at week 7 or 8 when I will not be able to lift (most likely). Any suggestions? Postpone the cycle? Stretch it out to 9 or 10 weeks and finish after I return?

While it may not be advisable, I did the same thing (spring break). Despite being completely physically/mentally destroyed for an entire week, I came back to the gym to realize the best pump I've ever had. My strength did decrease slightly, but that was easily regained the following week.
You could do the deck of cards pushup workout and crunches if worse comes to worse.

Did you postpone the shots, or just keep on schedule with the juice while you were gone?

Hi.. If it was up to me Sust and Deca are long acting.. So if you take your shots before you go you will be alright.. Take all 500mgs 1-2 days before you leave of Sust.. along with Deca. 1-2 CC right Glute 1-2CCS left glute or thigh or whatever that will keep the drug in you so you dont crash or do a start stop thing. Try to keep the calories high and protein high when selecting your meals!!.. again if theres no gym around you will be fine!.. Enjoy!

if you can take your gear with you I might take 250 sust and 200 decca for the week just to keep your levels sumwhat even, if not just be sure your still eating enough, youll lose more from not eating than you will from not lifting...

ive just suffered a dislocated shoulder 2 weeks into a cycle, im dropping back to half weights for a week then back to normal, hopefully it wont affect gains too much?!!

Well lets do the math if your on an 8-10 weeks cycle and you take a week off to just lay up and relax you are losing from 10-12% of your cycle by not working out - will that affect gains? certainly. Add that in plus drinking and eating shitty taking afew days to get back in the groove after the vacation and things start to pile up. Will it hurt you bad? No. Is it advisable? No.

I think the best times to take a week off is when your bridging thats what bridges are for to get your body rested for another round of grow-big.

evis, I was taking 250 mg sust every sat/wed. Before I left I took my usual wed shot then another on Friday. Took one as soon as I came home on the following sat and resumed the reg schedule.
