i can take it so i'm not a puss,but is there any remedy for bi and tri injections so they dont hurt so bad. i do 2cc in bi and 2cc in tri 2 days on and 1 day off.     | ||

How long have you been on it? It took me 2 weeks yo get used to it... Also you may be injecting too deeply... I was injecting 1.5" and coming to the bone, making it hurt 10x worse... Only do it an inch at the most | ||

I'm glad to see you followed my advice Rugby on that injection depth, not that it's for intramuscular use, but it's sterile "Just in case." Anyways, who's are you using? Chris Clarks PumpNPose, and Nuclear Nutrition will hurt, period. If you can combine two painkillers it alivates much of the pain. Someone around here has two painkillers in his product for this reason, but I forget who | ||

maybe i will have to switch to yours getpandp but right now this is what is available locally . i use 1" darts. i'm too new to the internet scene so i am using local stuff. dont know who to trust yaknow | ||

I'm only using a 1/2 inch in the bis and 1" in the delts-no pain in the bis really-definately swollen and pumped-I think 1/2 is all you need for bis and tris. ------------------ | ||
