A better book would be: The Ketogenic Diet (or something like that) written by Lyle McDonald. It is much more accurate than Dan's book, and Dan said as much himself. I think you can get it at davedraper.com if it is still in print. One caveat, it is not as entertaining as Opus, but then how do you compete with such phrasing as 'finalize my felony' (what Dan Duchaine would say about injecting juice). hth |
